Make Up For Ever Aqua Liner Review + Demo

Today I will be reviewing Make Up For Ever Aqua Liner in #13 for you guys. I went to the shop looking for a long lasting, easy to use eyeliner. After trying out at least 10 different brand eyeliners, the consultant and I agreed on Make Up For Ever one.  Now, after using it for several months I am ready to give you my honest opinion on this product. Description:

Rich in polymers, this superior eyeliner offers an impeccable hold that guarantees water-, tear-, and smudge-proof color. Its ergonomic, foam-tip applicator is designed to resemble a makeup brush handle for the quickest, easiest, and most accurate application.

 Packaging:

This product comes in a high quality, standard looking, black little box. Nothing unusual 🙂

PROS & CONS

Pros: 1. The formula is smooth and pigmented;

2. Wide range of colours;

3. Glides on easily;

4. Scentless;

Cons: 1. A bit pricey;

2. The tip needs multiple uses (10-15x) to soften.

 TESTING THE PRODUCT:

Since it claims that it is waterproof, I decided to put this product to the test so you could see to what it resists to and what not.

As you see I tried to rub the liner off with my finger multiple times, but the liner stayed in place perfectly.

Then I took my Bioderma Cleansing Water and swiped the damp pad through the lines.

This is what happened after one swipe. The liner flaked off.

VERDICT:

Make Up For Ever Aqua Liner is a nice liquid liner, which stays put all day. The price point for the amount of product you’re getting is a little steep, but if you are able to pay this money, you have my recommendation 🙂

This liner doesn’t budge, smudge or run.  It is waterproof for the most part, but if you will try to rub it off under warm water or use cleansing water, it will eventually flake off, but initial humidity doesn’t cause them to bleed or fade.
