I can’t believe that Christmas is almost here! 🙂
Today I did my last gel manicure this year.
I’m planning to wear this design during all the Holiday gatherings until 2015.
If you still didn’t decide what you would like to wear on your nails, here’s another and the last nail gel manicure idea for you!
I just can’t stop using shimmery pigments on my nails when holidays are on my mind the whole time. 🙂
I skipped the part where I applied the Base Coat and Top Coat because it just repeats in all of my nail tutorials… 🙂

This is what we will need: LED lamp; CND Shellac Base Coat; CND Shellac Top Coat;Â CND Shellac Romantique; Depend Gellack Nr.115; Shimmery White Pigment; Tape, Brush.
1. Apply two coats of Romantique. Cure every layer for at least 2min if you are using a 9W Led lamp.
2.Apply tape on the middle of our nail as shown in the picture. Before that apply the tape on your hand to make it less sticky.
3. Apply the shimmery pigment on the right side of the nail.
4. Take the dotting tool and create vertical dots between the matte and shimmery sides of the nail.
Here is the FINAL LOOK! 🙂 The glitter is all over the place now but of course it will rub off immediately when you put your hand under the water 🙂

Oh that looks beautiful! It’s a little hard to tell the difference between the shimmery and the matte side though, is that just because of the flash maybe and it looks different in person?

Hello, Danika! Thanks for commenting. 🙂 Yes, you are totally right about the flash. The shimmer and matte sides differ a lot but because all the photos were taken with flash, the difference between matte and shimmer seems so small. In person the shimmer stands out really well. 🙂 Your blog is lovely! <3
