YSL Touche Éclat Radiant Touch Review

 Hello guys!

I have Touche Eclat for a few months now. However, I had a love/hate relationship with this product.

At first I really wanted it, I ordered it, I didn’t like it, I left it in the deepest place of my makeup bag… And finally I fell in love with it… That’s how complicated makeup is 😀

I use this product mainly for highlighting and I want to share with you my TOP 5 favorite ways of using Yves Saint Laurent Touche Éclat 🙂 I genuinely love this product now and use it every time I want that “Extra glow” for my skin 🙂

Enjoy!

1

1. Forehead and nose. This gives my face more dimension and a less flat appearance.

2

2.Under eye circles. This draws attention to the center of my face and of course makes me more awake looking by brightening the look. Note that this product does not work as an under eye concealer.

3

3. Cupids Bow. Highlighting the lips causes them to reflect light making them look larger and more plump.

4

4.Cheekbones. This trick can make your face look more glowy and sculpted. This is my personal favorite trick!

5

5. Brow Bone. This instantly adds lift and life to the entire eye area.

Yves Saint Laurent Touche Éclat is a wand formulated to enhance radiance and awaken the complexion. The formulation  brushes away signs of fatigue and fades out imperfections. This product blends perfectly with a day cream, a base, a foundation or a powder and what I really like about it is that it does not get cakey and blends so easily.

Also, If you have a dry or a combination skin, this product is definitely for you!

If you have any questions regarding this product, let me know in the comments section!

Great review! I agree, it works so much better as a luminizer/highlighter than a concealer.

This is a great post! I honestly didn’t like the Touche Eclat, but I’m like you, I “re-discover” things after hating them. However, I’ve been loving MAC’s prep+prime as a highlighter–which comes in a pen shape like YSL.

I’m glad to hear that Gita! I’ve been using mine for a while! It has no shimmer so I use it for brightening effects as opposed to glowy effects. Some people like to mix it with the NARS creamy concealer when they’re highlighting their under-eye.

I’ve been thinking about purchasing this product for awhile, but am hesitant because of the price. About how long do you think it lasts you? Do you use it on a daily basis?

  22. GlamGita December 7, 2014 / 1:15 pm

Hey Jamie! Touch Eclat contains 2.5g. of product. I have it for 2 or 3 months now and I’m hoping that it will last me at least 2 months more. It is very hard to say how much product is left in the tube still. I use it usually two or three times a week. It is a pricey product, but in my opinion it is worth the money. However, as I said previously in the comments, there are a lot of great and cheaper highlighters on the market too. 🙂 I hope that helped. Thank you for reading the post hun! <3
